Online Registration 2) E-mail or fax (recommended)-download the registration form from our website, fill the blankets and then send it to us according to the contacts on it. Download the Registration Form 3) Phone call-registration by phone call is also accepted. Please contact +86-10-51727119/51727115 4) On-site registration-you could take on-site registration if your decision for participation comes later than September 30th 2009.However, in consider of guarantee of your rights and convenience of our work, we highly recommend that you register before September 30th 2009. Note: People who take on-site registration will not have any preference. 3. What are the key dates and venues of the conference?

Venues for registration Registration venue 1(for general attendants): middle hall on 5th floor of Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center (please follow the on-site directions) Registration time: 9:00-18:00,October 13th-14 th; 9:00-12:00,October 15th Registration venue 2(for special guests): lobby of Building A, Shenzhen Wuzhou Guesthouse Registration time: 9:00-21:00,October 13th-14 th Note: The conference badge will apply real name identification in this event, so please bring identity card with you for saving your time on registration. What tickets do we need for the conference? 1) Conference ticket: Attendants should wear conference badge (which is the pass for attending conference.).People without badge will not be allowed to enter the conference room. (For information collection and better service, we will apply bar code scanning system at the entrance of the conference rooms.) 2) Conference meal ticket: We will provide our attendants with lunches and dinners (from Oct.14th to 16 th).Attendants will be given meal tickets when register. Please show the tickets to service people when it is meal time. 5. How can I know if I have registered successfully? After you register and make payments (We recommend you send us the payment proof by fax.), we will contact you by phone call or e-mail to confirm your information, after that you will get from us a confirmation letter, which you should bring with you for registration on site. If you don't receive any confirmation from us a week later, please call us directly. 6. What should I do if the web page goes abnormal when I register? If the web page goes abnormal when you register, please confirm whether you follow the right procedure of registration and refresh the page to register again or seek secure internet access to log on our website again.
