Posters 3. Proceedings Outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in the Chinese Journal of Semiconductors. This academic Journal is co-organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the Institute of Semiconductors (Chinese Academy of Science). The Journal is internationally published and is widely accessible through databases such as Ei Compendex, CA (the American Chemical Society's Chemical Abstracts), INSPEC, AJ and CSTPCD (the China Scientific and Technical Papers and Citation Database). Paper Requirements 1. The papers should not have already been published in the technical literature or by other academic conferences. The papers should have a definite topic, clear content, exact data, precise dissertation, a definite conclusion, and should adopt the international of units. 2. The language of presentations and poster materials should be English. Procedures for Paper Selection 1. Authors submit "Paper Info & Abstract" (see appendix) by May 08. 2. Organizing Committee select;;;s from the submitted paper abstracts and makes a preliminary list by mid-May. 3. Authors of paper abstracts on preliminary list submit Paper for Proceedings (file in PPT or PDF format) by June 20. 4. A combination of advice of Organizing Committee and intentions of Authors is used to determine papers for presentations and posters by July 20. 5. Authors of presentations should submitted presentation file by July 30, otherwise, will not be listed in the final conference agenda. 6. Organizing Committee provides poster template and Authors of posters submit posters by end of July 7. Outstanding papers are recommended for publication in the Chinese Journal of Semiconductors.
